Produce

We currently grow approximately 100 acres of potatoes and 20 acres of corn,  for both the market as well as many local grocery stores on the island.

We also have 30 acres of mixed vegetables and 1 acre of greenhouses that supplies our market throughout the season.

We use succession planting, meaning we stagger our planting through out the year to attempt to ensure a consistent supply of each product. We have one dedicated propagation greenhouse and start all of our crops that we transplant out in that greenhouse. We also propagate our own Tomatoes and Cucumbers in separate greenhouses we modify for propagation in the spring and then return to production for our last planting.
